Bapuji educational association started R.L. Law College in the year 1968 with the purpose of imparting legal education. The college is recognized by Bar Council of India, New Delhi, included under section 2 (f) 12 (b) of the UGC Act. The college affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi and accredited with ‘B+’ Grade by NAAC.

The R.L. Law College is situated in the urban and semi urban surroundings of Davangere. The college has independent magnificent building. The college has set a high standard itself by offering exemplary teaching and learning experiences. The ambience infrastructure and facilities provided in our college stand unparallel always striving hard and ahead in terms of providing quality Legal Education. The College has structured to offer value based and quality legal training with well qualified, enriched with practical knowledge and experience teaching faculty. The legal training will be through lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, moot courts, court visits, chamber visits and participation in Legal Aid and literacy programmes, Internship, Community services and special lectures.

We are also proud of a well stocked spacious library with complete subscription to major national and international Journals and publications, legal compendium of central and state Acts, E-Journals etc.

ABOUT US

Davanagere, situated in the heart of Karnataka, is a fast growing city. It is the nerve centre of trade and commerce, the heart throb and the abode of large hearted donors. The credit of putting Davanagere on the National and International map goes to Bapuji Educational Association. B.E.A. came into existence in the year 1958 and now it has become a house hold name in Karnataka, pursuing excellence in the field of education, thanks to the vision, farsightedness and large heartedness of its Hon. Secretary, popular Dr. Shamanur Shivashankarappa. As many as 47 educational institutions from primary to post graduate courses are nursed and nurtured by the association. All these institutions have been rendering memorable service to the society and the nation as a whole. The evolution of Bapuji Educational Association has led to the significant growth of Davanagere. The Association has taken every care, at every step to facilitate the smooth growing of all its family members.
